Severability

Terms of service
Fees and deposits
The initial payment for website setup and hosting is due in full before the website will be made available to the public.
Small updates and changes to a website do not require a fee. What constitutes a “small change” or a “large change” is entirely at the discretion of Inspector Designs, LLC and is based on the amount of work required and the frequency of requested updates. A more detailed definition of these terms can be found in our agreement, which all clients must sign before beginning with us.
All fees and payments are non-refundable.
Supply of materials
The Client must provide all materials and information required to complete the requested work. Required materials may include, but are not limited to, photographs, written content, logos, and/or other material.
Ownership and rights to intellectual property
The Client guarantees that any elements of text, graphics, photos, designs, trademarks, or other artwork that the Client provides for inclusion in the website are either owned by the Client or that the Client has permission to use them.
Inspector Designs, LLC takes no responsibility for misrepresented work provided by the Client.
Client liability for project delays
Inspector Designs, LLC is not liable for any project delays introduced by delays from the Client. Delays include, but are not limited to, delays in getting feedback or sign-off from the Client, delays in getting materials from the Client, delays in receiving payment from the Client, and other delays not directly caused by Inspector Designs, LLC.
Automatically recurring billing
For the convenience of both the Client and Inspector Designs, LLC, all recurring payments will be initiated automatically at the time of renewal. The Client must notify Inspector Designs, LLC of cancellation at least 30 days before the cancellation date. Recurring payments include, but are not limited to, website hosting fees, domain registration or renewal fees, and other fees occurring on a regular basis.
Domain ownership
If the Client registers a domain name through Inspector Designs, LLC, then Inspector Designs, LLC will register the domain in the Client’s name, or a different name provided by the Client. Inspector Designs, LLC will manage the domain name but does not own the Client’s domain name. The Client will only own the domain for as long as they agree to keep up with it.
If the Client does not agree to renew the domain, then the website associated with the domain will be at risk of being suspended; as well as the Client having to pay higher fees in order to acquire the domain back. Inspector Designs, LLC is not responsible for websites that become suspended due to Clients’ negligence of domain maintenance.
Website ownership
Inspector Designs, LLC retains ownership and rights to the website files, the website design, and all of the original pre-written content provided by Inspector Designs, LLC for our websites. The Client will not be provided with access to the server and may not transfer or copy the website to a different server.
Cross-browser compatibility
Inspector Designs, LLC guarantees that the Client’s website will function properly, though not necessarily identically, on the latest version of major web browsers. Major web browsers include Google Chrome, Apple Safari, Microsoft Edge, Mozilla Firefox, and Opera.
Governing law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the State and Federal laws of the State of North Carolina.
