Terms of service

Fees and deposits

The initial payment for website setup and hosting is due in full before the website will be made available to the public.

Small updates and changes to a website do not require a fee. What constitutes a “small change” or a “large change” is entirely at the discretion of Inspector Designs, LLC and is based on the amount of work required and the frequency of requested updates. A more detailed definition of these terms can be found in our agreement, which all clients must sign before beginning with us.

All fees and payments are non-refundable.

Supply of materials

The Client must provide all materials and information required to complete the requested work. Required materials may include, but are not limited to, photographs, written content, logos, and/or other material.

Inspector Designs, LLC takes no responsibility for misrepresented work provided by the Client.

Client liability for project delays

Inspector Designs, LLC is not liable for any project delays introduced by delays from the Client. Delays include, but are not limited to, delays in getting feedback or sign-off from the Client, delays in getting materials from the Client, delays in receiving payment from the Client, and other delays not directly caused by Inspector Designs, LLC.

Automatically recurring billing

For the convenience of both the Client and Inspector Designs, LLC, all recurring payments will be initiated automatically at the time of renewal. The Client must notify Inspector Designs, LLC of cancellation at least 30 days before the cancellation date.
